We have our own luxurious Villa Kutuluoto in archipelago.It situates in Naantali (Rymättylä) about 45 minutes from Turku. You can reach it by own car without ferries.

There is space for 10-14 people. It takes bout 45 minutes from Turku by car or by boat. We offer villa for meetings and evenings for companies and other groups with services.

We don’t have license to serve alcoholic drinks, so you can bring your own drinks. It is cheaper than places, where is license for alcoholic drinks. If you want, we can buy them for you and we invoice only the same prise that we have paid ourselves. 

Our services include meals, linen, hot tubs, sauna and cleaning. We have lot of meeting equipments as video projector, overhead projector, 40” Sony Bravia LCD TV and home cinema surround system. We have also fast internet connection with WLAN or RJ45.

Our luxurious sauna situated almost above the sea. There is space for 14 people at same time. We have also hot tubs for 12 persons at same time. The distance between sauna and villa is about 10 meters.

Please do not hesitate to ask more information and offer for your groups meeting and fishing trips.

RENTABLE VILLA

In summer time you can also rent this villa for private use. One weeks rent is 2000 € and finally clean costs 200 €. You can use hot tubs and sauna.
